Do I have to be a member to use the courts?
We are a membership-driven facility, but open to the public at the rate of $15 per person.
Do I need to make a reservation for a court?
A reservation is not necessary, but recommended. Courts fill up quickly during certain times of the year/day. To guarantee a court, it is best to make a reservation either on our app or by calling the pro shop. Members can reserve a court up to 7 days in advance. Non-members can only make a reservation the day of.
What happens if there is inclement weather during a clinic or league?
If we have to cancel a class due to inclement weather and you have already paid for the class, a credit will be issued to your account if you did not get to participate at least 70% of class time. There will not be a credit for No-Shows.
Does BTC have ball machines to rent?
Yes, we currently have one tennis ball machine. We have a one-time fee of $15 or you can join annually for $250 or monthly for $25. Nonmembers will still have to pay the $15 guest fee on top of the ball machine add on. We do not currently have a pickleball machine.
Can I get my racquet strung at BTC? And how long does it take to get it done?
Yes, you can! We have several racquet technicians and a stringing machine in our Pro Shop where we will string your racquet and make repairs, such as grommet replacement and grip build ups. The cost for stringing is $25 per racquet. You may bring your own string or purchase string from our Pro Shop. Our turnaround is typically between 48 and 36 hours.
